About Me

My name is Sandy Zusmann, and I am a mediator registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution to mediate General Civil cases and Domestic Relations cases. I have over 30 years of experience in the business world negotiating agreements for mom-and-pop businesses and Fortune 100 firms and resolving the disputes which arise during the day-to-day operation of any business, whether it has 10 employees or 10,000.  Trying to solve these disputes quickly and equitably is what drew me to mediation.

As a child of divorce, I understand the impact of divorce on both the adults involved and on the children. I know how important it is for both sides in a domestic mediation case to have a chance to speak and to be heard, and I have first-hand insight into all of the issues that must be addressed in domestic cases where children are involved.  You want solutions that take your concerns into account, work in the best interests of all parties involved -- including children, if there are children involved -- and allow everyone to move forward in their lives with minimal future tensions and disruptions.  I am here to help make that happen.

Outside of work, I am an avid reader, golfer, and two-time Jeopardy! Champion, but nothing gives me greater happiness than spending time with my family.
