Rates & Policies

Every mediation is different. Sometimes, outstanding issues can be resolved in a matter of hours. Other times, it may require a full day or more to reach a resolution acceptable to both parties. For this reason, I only schedule one mediation per day. The starting time is flexible and can be set to meet the needs of all parties involved. Just remember that a later start time increases the possibility that the mediation may spill over into a second day before a resolution is reached.

My rate is $200 per hour, split evenly between the parties involved. This rate will change if the mediation is assigned by the court and subject to a court-connected rate. Court-connected rates vary by county.  

• Please be prepared to pay before you leave the mediation session. 
• If the mediation session runs into multiple days, please be prepared to pay for that day’s mediation at the end of the day.  
• Acceptable forms of payment are cash, credit card, PayPal, and Venmo. 
• Should you need to cancel a scheduled mediation session, you can cancel or reschedule at no charge if you do so more than 48 hours before the scheduled session. 
• Cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours of a scheduled mediation session is subject to a two-hour fee, paid by the canceling party.
